NOO aims at developing the feeling of being a European citizen for students comming from three differents countries (France, Scotland and Spain) who face difficulties in accessing full citizenship (geographical segregation, school difficulties linked to situations of family poverty, poor housing conditions, blended families, etc.)

The main goal of the project is to arouse a feeling of European citizenship through three different aspects that generates three overlapping projects:

1. Common European culture: with the creation of a virtual guide about a medieval character from the epic poetry of Spain, Scotland and France (Follow your Hero).
2. Common values, through the acquisition of common citizen principles related to rugby thanks to the creation of a European Rugby Tour.
3. Common rules, by the creation of a video game about the rules for living together (Imagine your Europe)
